About
My name is Savanna Leeann, and I am a music educator, choral director, and emerging composer with a deep passion for choral music and its ability to connect, inspire, and uplift.
I am currently in my final year of my Bachelor of Music Education degree with a choral concentration at Winthrop University. Alongside my undergraduate studies, I am also working towards a Professional Certificate in Therapeutic Music from Longy School of Music, where I am exploring the powerful role music can play in healing and human connection.
I serve as the Director of Music at Bowling Green Presbyterian Church in Clover, South Carolina, where I have the privilege of leading meaningful worship through music. In addition, I teach private piano and voice lessons from my own studio.
As a composer and arranger, I am at the very beginning of my journey and could not be more excited to share my work. My music is rooted in a love for choral tradition while also reflecting my own voice and experiences as a musician and educator. It is my hope that these pieces find their way into the hands of those who can use them, whether in worship, performance, or personal enjoyment. Most of all, I hope my work brings inspiration and a sense of meaning to those who encounter it.
Thank you for being here!
- Savanna
